Care match
Three questions, one suggested starting point. This is an orientation tool, not a clinical assessment. Your actual plan is set by a clinician.
Suggested starting point
Orientation only — not a diagnosis or a clinical recommendation.
LEVELS OF CARE
You move from withdrawal to stable recovery without changing providers or repeating your story to a new clinical team.
01
Physician-supervised withdrawal management with 24-hour nursing, comfort medication protocols and continuous monitoring.
02
Residential treatment addressing the roots of addiction through individual therapy, group work and structured daily routine.
03
A written continuing-care plan before discharge: outpatient step-down and alumni check-ins.

The work starts.
A full daily schedule: individual therapy, process groups, skills work and psychiatric follow-up if a co-occurring condition is in the picture.
Patterns get named.
Trauma and relapse-pattern work goes deeper. Family sessions happen here when they are part of the plan, and routines start to feel normal.
Building the plan.
Aftercare planning moves to the front: outpatient step-down, sober living referrals, prescriptions, and appointments scheduled before discharge.
An admissions coordinator can walk you through it in a few minutes.
Treating the whole picture
Both run inside detox and residential rehab, not as separate programs you have to transfer for, and not as something that waits until treatment ends.
Many people who enter treatment for substance use are also living with a mental health condition. Treating one and ignoring the other is the most common reason a good detox does not hold.
MAT is a treatment method, not a shortcut. FDA-approved medication reduces cravings and withdrawal symptoms so therapy has a chance to work, prescribed and monitored by our medical team when clinically appropriate.
Not sure whether a co-occurring condition is part of the picture? That is exactly what the assessment is for.

Insurance
We work with employer-sponsored health insurance plans from most major carriers. Under federal parity rules, a group plan that covers medical care must also cover substance use disorder treatment. Most PPO plans cover the majority of an inpatient stay once medical necessity is documented.
If your plan comes through your employer or your spouse's employer, it is worth checking. Verification is free, takes minutes, and carries no obligation to admit.
We work with many employer group plans and third-party administrators beyond the ones shown here.
Employer-sponsored commercial insurance only. Coverage depends on your specific plan and your carrier's determination..
Where to begin
Nobody plans on making this call. Most people put it off for months, convinced they should be able to handle it alone. When you do call, you are not going to get a script or a sales pitch. You get one person who has heard your story a thousand times and has never once thought less of anyone for telling it.
We will ask a few simple questions, check what your insurance actually cover, and tell you honestly what your options are — even if that means pointing you somewhere else. No pressure, no obligation, and nothing gets said to anyone else.
Detoxing at home is unpredictable and, in many cases, medically dangerous. Inpatient detox removes that risk: withdrawal is managed by clinicians around the clock, and treatment begins the moment you are stable.

FAQs
Coverage depends entirely on your plan, your benefits and your carrier’s determination. We work with many private commercial plans, and the only way to know what applies to you is to check. We will review your plan with you and explain what we find at no cost and with no obligation, usually within minutes.
Medical detox generally runs 3 to 7 days depending on how your body responds. Residential rehab most often runs 28 to 30 days, and insurers frequently authorize 45 to 90 days when clinically indicated. Your length of stay is set by your clinical team and reauthorized with your carrier as you progress.
Often, yes. Same-day admission is available when a bed is open and your benefits verify, and our admissions team helps with travel arrangements where needed. Admissions is staffed 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays.
Completely. Every call, assessment and admission is protected under HIPAA. We will not contact your employer, your family or anyone else without your written permission.
No. This program accepts employer-sponsored commercial insurance only. Medicaid, Medicare, state-funded and individual marketplace plans cannot be accepted.
